Great spot for a couple
The unit is clean and roomy. The location is great as the beach and some restaurants are within easy walking distance. The beach and a great view are right out the rear sliding door. My only complaint would be that the fold out couch is worn and very uncomfortable to try sleeping on. Also the twin

Great spot for a quick getaway
Our family always makes a stop up to the UP in Traverse or surrounding areas. We were able to find this nice little spot last go around. Very nice property, very clean. Excellent access to restaurants, gas stations, and beach (you are on it). Pool was nice, has a hot tub too. Very friendly neighbors, felt safe, and overall very nice. Drawbacks- early checkout (10am). Just tough if you want to eat breakfast out as there is huge waits early morning. I get it, I could back the night before but I wanted to have fun with the kids. There is an awesome coffee shop across the street “cupofjoe” that made it work as we rushed out in the AM. One bedroom, but it is very accommodating for a family. We slept good, nice place, and would stay again!

Perfect location average unit
Everything is dated back 20 years. Couldnt use the master bedroom tv. Bring a roku stick or smart system to stream shows and movies, could yse new sofa and chair, scolding hot showers the temperature valve needs adjusted or replaced every shower burned our bodies or froze us out Beautiful location, would definitely go back anytime. Id pay even more money if you got smart tvs in the bedroom and living room and had a better sofa and chair for entertaining in the living room. Again couldnt ask for better location to pool and beach but needs updated. Mattress was like a rock too.

Very bad value for money.
The bathroom has a huge tub (not modern) but an incredibly small shower that makes bathing very uncomfortable, I can't imagine a big guy bathing in such a small space, in addition to changing the water from cold to hot was a pain, heater/AC is too noisy,m the main television is in the living room and it is an old TV from the 90s or maybe 2000? So if the weather is bad and you want to spend the day in the condo watching movies on Netflix or Disney + forget it, that's not going to happen, maybe bringing your own Google chrome cast or an Amazon firestick could help, the television (over-small) in the room is even worse, I didn't even bother to turn it on. It's incredible that the owner of this condominium can't install a smart TV for the comfort of his guests. Paying $800 for only 2 nights and not having even a simple smart TV, it’s ridiculous. There wasn't even more than one replacement bag for the trash. However, the administration was very friendly, both Autumn and Delayna were very friendly and professional, they allowed us to check in at noon which was very helpful for us, in addition Delayna came to the condo to try to solve the problem with the TV but unfortunately she could not do anything. Although the location and the view was beautiful, next time it is possible that I will go for another option before it is condo.

Nice view of lake with ducks
This was our 3rd time at this place, every anniversary we come here. We come back again next years wish we could stay longer then 2 days. Would be nice if the hot tube was move to the living room.

Don’t go if you have sensitivity to scents
The entire place smelled like strong lavender. All linen was heavily scented. I couldn’t sleep in the bed as I couldn’t breathe due to the scents. Towels were even worse. Sink and tub had cracks and stuff throughout the surface which does nothing but breed germs. Ugly to look at and unpleasant to use. There whole place needed redoing. Furniture was sagging etc. the best part was a small gas fireplace. Loved that. I will not stay here again. You should never use scented laundry or dryer sheets when renting to people whom you have no clue can tolerate those things.

Nice condo that slept all 6 of us easily. Fantastic location. Unit is on the 1st floor and opens right onto a great clean section of beach. Kids liked the pool too.

Love the view
Very nice condo. Amazing view and location to water ~ even though is was way too cold to venture out. The condo had all of the amenities my daughter and I needed for a girls getaway weekend. It also appears that much of the condo has been recently updated with fresh paint ~ it looked great. I would suggest the next update to be possibly re~glazing the tub and bathroom sink. They appear dirty, but then we quickly realized they were just worn. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Only stay here if you just need a bed.
We booked this condo based off location and because it was listed as having a pool and hot tub. We were looking forward to a nice little night away and soak. We called them the day of check in to let them know we’d be there around 1 pm and to see if we could get access then. We were told check is after 4 unless we wanted to pay more. Also, the office closes at 5. If we couldn’t make it during the 1 hour time span, they’d leave the keys in the condo unlocked. Seems safe. When I inquired about the pool/hot tub, I was informed it’s only open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Maybe don’t have that listed as an amenity or put the limitation in the description? We would have gone somewhere else. Also, the condo was not clean. The floor was dirty, along with the counters. The bathroom sink and tub are both extremely cracked and need replacing. Also, there was loud banging starting around 7:45 am in the place above us. It sounded like hammering. The only positive for this place was the view.

This property was such a pleasant stay. Quiet, beautiful views and super relaxing. Also, only a short drive to downtown TC. Highly recommend, I will be back!

This unit does not meet the standards or expectations of the listing. The moment you enter it smells very musty and stale. I went to open the window to air it out and it’s covered in mold, triggering an allergic reaction. The screen fell out from the sliding door and I had to fix it, the curtains are broken and don’t even cover half the door wall for privacy. There were dirty cloths left on the bathroom floor. The kitchen table was dirty and sticky. Food crumbs left in the fridge. The bedroom closet is unusable blocked by furniture leaving no place to hang garments. It’s advertised to sleep 4 but there aren’t any linens for the sofa bed. All three guests will be sharing the King bed for the night, the extra sleep space in bedroom is surrounded by mold. I visit Traverse City every year and this is the worst accommodations I’ve ever seen.
