Perfect location for golf and ski lovers, families and friends of all ages. Located at Shanty Creek Resorts near five award-winning golf courses, and well-known ski resort with slopes for all ski levels.

This newly renovated condo has everything you need for a relaxing northern Michigan get-away during the summer and winter. One bedroom, one bathroom condo. Utilize the spacious backyard and patio while enjoying the grill and pond out the back sliding door. As you step outside the back patio you'll see the ski resort to your left and the 18th hole of Schuss Mountain Golf to your right.

A pool pass is available for you to utilize during your stay for the Schuss indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

You can utilize the full size washer and dryer for damp clothing from the slopes or bathing suits from the nearby pools. There's plenty of appliances for your convenience in the kitchen, too. The full size fridge can hold plenty of food and beverages, and there's multiple cooking appliances; microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, hot plate for cooking, and grill on the back deck.

Wifi internet is available for you during your stay, along with the ability to stream your favorite channels or shows on two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.

Parking is in front of the condo entrance. There's separate parking area for boats or trailers.

Within the Schuss mountain villages (Schuss, Summit and Cedar), you'll find various restaurants and coffee bars to choose from.

The condo was easy to locate, and very cozy and comfortable. The owners quickly addressed any questions that arose. The space is small for 4 adults, but well organized and an economical option for exploring the area!

Family fun weekend

We go up to Belaire every year for a family function and this little condo works out for us so well.. we are only 45 minutes from Traverse City . There is so much to do up there and the location of this condo works out very well!

It was clean, except for the dishes. It was quiet and just 1/2 mile from the ski slopes. It had a partial kitchen that was well equipped. The bed nor the pillows were very comfortable.(least comfortable compared with 15 years of travel)

Softball Trip

My stay was great. Didn't get to spend too much time at the villa, but it was cozy, clean, and comfortable after a long day of games and driving. Check in process was seamless and easy, directions to the unit were accurate and essy to follow. Definitely would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice spot at Schuss Mountain!

A perfect camp for a second honeymoon

This property was cozy and perfect, the little pond out the back door offered peaceful entertainment with otters, herons, and frogs. The condo was clean and well maintained. We used it as our base camp for a week of kayaking and exploring the region. The bed was actually comfy!

Fall color vacation

We rented the unit at Shanty Creek where we met up with friends staying 1/2 mile away in a different unit. Our unit was clean but could use updating. It was fine for what we needed: a comfortable bed, and clean. We had our friends meet us after a long day for cards. Our friends’ unit was decorated nicely and had a table with four chairs as part of the furniture. That was nice. Ours had folding chairs and table that worked fine, but I’d give this unit a B+ and our friends unit an A, but it was still pretty nice.

Convenient and Cozy

This is our second stay at this condo. We enjoyed the view and immediate area with a little walk around Schuss Village. This team we made breakfast with griddle and toaster. The kitchen had we all needed. There is a patio off the back deck with a pretty view of a small pond. It is a great starting starting point for outdoor hikes at the Grass River Natural Area and visits to Torch Lake and surrounding area. Owner was very helpful when we had a little challenge using the keypad to open the place because of humidity. I would go back. Maybe for some winter fun!

Nice

We stayed for 4 days. Condo was equipped with all you could think of cooking needs and was fairly spacious for 2. Main bed was comfy but we used the pull out couch too and it was not too comfy or clean, no sheets for pull out. Ended up just sleeping on the couch. Resort was in the middle of no where but that's up north for you. Nothing around but hills and trees. About 15 mins from Torch lake which is why we went out there. Nice distance. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice, walking distance but outdoor pool was miles away at another place. Nice trails around and golf.

First trip to Schuss

Overall very nice condo with easy check-in and good communication from host. The place was very well stocked with dishes, towels, blankets, and bathroom necessities. Bed was comfortable but pull out was not. The smart tv was a hit with my son and the electric fireplace was a really nice touch. Also, the recliner was SO comfortable! The only “disappointment” was that we had to drive to the mountain. From looking at the map, we thought we might be able to walk to the slopes with our gear but driving was a must. The drive was only about 2 minutes and parking was plentiful so it wasn’t a very big deal. Still, walking would have been preferred. Great place for the price- I would recommend it to anyone spending a weekend at the mountain.

I loved it! Since I'm not from the area, I was thinking it was literally a condo inside of a big hotel/ resort type thing. But...Shanty Creek is like a small neighborhood of condo units. My little house had three units, one on top and 2on bottom. The street that the unit was on had I like 4 units total, and then so and so on. The way it worked out was really even better than I thought it was going to be. The communication was a little misguided bc the email that I got for contact info from the owner on the email the person said it was the wrong number and we arrived at night time and got lost bc then service didn't work! Luckily there was a nice young man riding a golf cart and he helped me with the address I was so relieved! We did stuff every day! Also the description of the condo it didn't say anything about it having a grill, or some stuff to cook food with but I really glad it did bc we went grocery shopping the next day and grilled and ate dinner there every night..made it a lot cheaper! All in all, met some great people, did some great things, had a wonderful, amazing, unforgettable experience. Going to come back.
