Last Summer Getaway
Our stay was perfect. The condo was up to date and well furnished. Location was perfect and very walkable with lots of eateries and stores right there. The owners were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The outdoor deck space was top notch. We would definitely rent here again.

Modern, clean, and great location.
This is a newer property with some great upgrades. For our purposes it was in a great location, just off the downtown of Traverse City. Would definitely recommend this property.

Long Weekend
We truly enjoyed our long weekend with our adult kids. This location was perfect just as the listing describes. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Traverse City and little towns all around did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!

Memorial Weekend Family Trip to Traverse City
This condo was everything we were looking for during our recent trip to Traverse City! It is updated, clean and centrally located. Some highlights: The cozy outdoor space The modern kitchen The modern master bath The large windows in the living space make the condo bright and airy Tom and Jennifer were so easy to work We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future :)

What a Wonderful Experience
Tom was just the best one could expect. His warm positive demeanor was so welcoming. As for the property it’s a10+. Cannot say enough about it’s modern super clean atmosphere and quality of work. Did not disappoint
This property did not disappoint. Thanks Tom and Jennifer. Location was idea for our ventures to Empire Bluff Trail, Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore, Leland and Sutton's Point as well as so close to downtown TC restaurants. Also, a very nice neighborhood to take our pup on short walks.

Great TC spot
Had a great experience here. My family was immediately comfortable in the clean, spacious place. We had everything we needed (perks being the outdoor space and two bathrooms) and the location was great for our excursions in the area, to Sleeping Bear and the peninsulas. Would definitely return!

Great home base for exploring Traverse City area
We found this property to be clean and spacious. It is a relatively new build, so everything is fresh and airy. There were lots of nice little touches that made it very homy. The balcony is a nice place to unwind in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back the next time we are in Traverse City!

Great location
The unit is in a great location. Easy walk to town and shoreline. It was very clean and just as described. More than enough room for 4 of us and our dog. There are 2 sets of stairs to climb up but they really aren’t a big deal. You would never know that other dogs have stayed there. Really a nice place. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This VRBO experience was excellent. Great location to get to town (5 mins by car) or up to Suttons Bay. Local party story, burger joint, hardware store and coffee shop. All within a few hundred yards of the apartment. Never heard anything below us (party store). The neighborhood was perfect for walks in the morning with our dog. RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful Condo
This condo was wonderful! A great location that wasn’t too far from the hustle and bustle of Front Street. The beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. The balcony was a great place for coffee and also chilling out at the end of the day.

This was a great condo right on Front St. Close to downtown and close to the water. Has a nice balcony too that we enjoyed when the weather allowed. The condo is large and spacious which was also nice. Would stay here again.

Beautiful space, perfect location!
Tom and Jennifer’s place was a perfect fit for my husband and I and our dog. It’s spacious, has everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable. The patio was so nice to sit on during our early morning coffee and evening drinks! We met Tom and Jennifer and they were so kind to us and our dog, it was really great to have that personal connection. The apartment is very walkable to bars, restaurants and parks and we found it to be perfect location-wise. We would absolutely return!

Fantastic Long Weekend
Really enjoyed our long weekend getaway. This upstairs condo is located above the Westside Beverage store in Traverse City which was super convenient and Tom was so friendly! I was worried that there would be a lot of noise but we didn't hear anything from downstairs. We had a great trip and will plan to come back again!

Spent the weekend with family. Condo was excellent. Easy walk to downtown. Close drive to wineries. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Traverse City. Only negative is you have to haul your luggage and stuff up two flights of stairs.

Great location and very clean!
The location is perfect to get right down town. We had ease of coming and going as we please. They were amazing hosts! We travel a lot with our dogs and usually always indicate dogs/size and for some reason this time we missed sending the message. We had our wedding week in TC and we’re looking for an easy place to stay. Even though we had forgotten to mention it prior to our stay, they were so sweet and understanding. Very easy stay with lots of fun!

Great place!
I stayed here with my 8 yo and we had a great stay. The unit is clearly new (or recently updated) and the kitchen is fabulous. The smart TV was a huge asset. The location on top of West Side Beverage and next to Slabtown Burgers is pretty sweet too. We loved being able to order a pizza for dinner from Tom.

Great stay in Traverse City
My family (6 adults, 1 infant, and 1 small dog) stayed here for a vacation in Traverse City. It was overall awesome. The place itself was large and clean. There was a washer and dryer which was helpful, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. It was comfortable. The table was large which was great for our family of 6 to eat together. The place was a great location- we walked to the lake everyday and downtown was a walk or short drive away. We would recommend staying here!!

Great place to stay!
Tom’s place was great and has everything you could want in a Traverse City VRBO. New construction, very comfortable, modern amenities and clean. It’s also bigger than it looks in the pictures. 10-15 minute walk and you’re in the heart of downtown TC. Great jumping off point venturing up to Sutton’s Bay or to the Beach. Would recommend to anyone.
