Great little condo, beautiful beach

Sweet little condo right on East Bay. Had everything we needed.

Not a comfortable stay

Was not very clean, the sheets and bedspread had brown and blood stains on them. no storage in bathroom for toiletries, the chair in the living room is dangerous, it tipped over and my daughter fell and hit get head. The pipes from the condo upstairs banged together so loud every time they used any water, it would wake us up from a dead sleep. You could hear every step the above neighbors took, very thin floor. I won’t return to this rental. The welcome gift was nice and check in was easy.

Just Not Woth The Money

Cherry festival week or not this property was just not worth the money. While I am not permitted in this review to give specifics about what we paid, we would just not do this property again. I would look for other locations for that kind of money. The unit was extremely small.... listed as 500 square feet but felt even smaller. The unit is quite outdated with very inexpensive appliances, formica counter tops, worn out cabinets etc...it was clean, right on the water, and the host was responsive to the questions we had. The overall rating was purely based on the cost/value relationship. I have rented homes in northern Michican for a week for the same amount of money.
