Good but needs some attention!
The townhouse was clean with updated home decor. It fit the needs of my family for our week long stay. On the other hand, there were some downfalls. First, the kitchen is extremely small and not well stocked with cooking necessities. There are a few pots and pans that might need to be replaced. The pans slide off the really old stove while cooking. Secondly, we were told the day of arrival that the washing machine was broken and they had reached out to the owners for resolution. We never heard back about that. I had anticipated doing laundry there so I packed less clothing. That was a mistake. Third, the 2nd bedroom with two sets of beds was mediocre at best. The queen bed was hard as a rock and we could not sleep in it. Looked to be old. My husband and I had to sleep on the bottom bunk which was better but not great. There is a very small tv in the room with the bunk beds that, I would assume would be geared towards kids(hence the bunk beds) but the tv wasn't setup to be watched so my 5 year old couldn't watch tv at night before bed while she was laying down. We pulled an extra blanket out of the closet to use and it smelled like it had never been washed, more like body odor and stinky feet. The back patio was great to be able to sit and drink coffee in the mornings. The grill really needs to be cleaned on a regular basis but it is available for use. The pool was a great asset. Overall, we had a good time and the townhome served its purpose but needs a little help in areas.
