"The house was good for 6 guest but had to split shower schedule for group to half in morning other in evenings. The location was perfect for all our locations we visited. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet comments about mess in neighbors yards are true but there were no issues. TV could use an upgrade but meh. My daughters comment."

"We had a group of 24 (13 adults, 11 kids), and these 3 houses were perfect for us. Enough space to spread out when needed but also large enough shared space to all be together. The kids absolutely loved the pools; the pool heat worked even with the outside temperature in the 40s and 50s. The host was very responsive both before our stay and during. We weren’t given the WiFi passwords, for instance, but after sending them a message got them within the hour. Would definitely recommend for larger groups. If we’re all back in Austin, we’d 100% look to stay here again. "
