Your holiday rental with a beautiful sea view is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor (3 steps): - Entrance hall - Kitchen, living room, lounge - Office - Toilet with washbasin On the garden level (level -1): - One bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with its own shower room - A second bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm) - A third bedroom (1 single bed 90x200 cm) - A shower room - A separate toilet - A laundry room All bedrooms and the hallway have large closets. Outside: - The large bay windows in the living room invite you to relax on the 31 m² south-facing terrace, which offers a very comfortable relaxation area and panoramic views of Locquirec Bay. The bedrooms also open onto a 31m² terrace and a 600m² private garden with sea views. - A secure storage area for nautical equipment, bicycles, etc. Parking: - Parking for two vehicles in the private courtyard. The cottage is located in a residential area. Live to the rhythm of the tides, contemplate the most beautiful sunsets... Looking for a change of scenery for your next vacation?
