Very bad experience
"First off, they cannot find the booking we made and already paid via hotels.com. While I will not be quick to blame them for the missing booking (could possibly be hotels.com’s fault as well), I resent the way they manage it. They said the booking was canceled and asked us to rebook and line up again ..."
