「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Very basic room, could do with some improvements such as soap in the bathroom, a spoon to stir tea/coffee. Tea bags just loose, would be better in a sachet. Didn’t dare try any food in the bar/dining room due to the large rats seen running in the area near the kitchen and bin area. No housekeeping, nobody came into my room during my stay to make the bed, change the towels and empty the waste bin in the room, disappointing. On a positive note, the room was warm and the bed very comfortable. Lots...

「Everything perfect, only thing for me on the day would be a slightly earlier breakfast, maybe 7.30 to get up the mountain earlier but that’s personal preference. Thank you for keeping my sandwiches fresh in the fridge.」
