Staff were really helpful & friendly. Checking in went smoothly. The staff in the spa were also lovely. Room wasn't very clean, dirty hand prints on the shower doors, dirty walls in the toilet. The view from the lounge is wonderful. There is an abundance of birds to watch and surprisingly saw a king fisher. The stay has given us time to totally relax, would highly recommend.

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location with great views. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants and steam railway. Short walk or car ride to supermarkets. Definitely worth booking. We'll be going back.

Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub).
