「Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. 」

「The Porto Lotti Suite Hotel has a wonderful marina setting. It's adjacent to the manufacturing facility of super yacht builder, RIVA. There's a wonderful view from the hotel's western edge including a view towards La Spezia. It's a bit of a drive from the city centre so be aware but we found parking in the center quite easy in the several lots. The road to the hotel is a bit tricky so pay attention and once in the gate truly follow the painted line to find your way. The room was nice but...

「There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.」

Nonostante non ci fosse nessuno ad accoglierci, le istruzioni per il check-in sono state tempestive e chiare e ci hanno permesso di accedere senza alcun problema. Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile. La stanza era come da foto e molto pulita, kit personali e buone dotazioni anche nel bagno. 「The hotel is close to the train station and center, my room next to a big yard. And the breakfast is good.」

「The property was in an amazing location, very handy for Motorola train station and therefore all the other villages of Cinque Terre. The terrace was an added bonus to be able to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the Mediterranean. The room was excellent with a small fridge and private bathroom. Finally, Lori, the manager could not have been more helpful on our arrival. I highly recommend this property.」
