「As a mother of 2 young children I needed a hotel with accommodating amenities such as a small kitchen with fridge and laundry machine (very effective even for its small load size). This hotel was very practical in that sense. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. Floors are very dirty and will make your feet black, regardless of how often they come by to clean. 「I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. 「Location is amazing and properly has character. We got upgraded to a 2 bed unit because the old one wasn’t cleaned properly. I would have preferred to have newer bedding and throw pillows, they look old. Other than that, its one of the best places to stay, the terrace they have is unbelievable 」
