Welcome to Villa Nova, the home we built with care and love over 25 years. Nestled in the peaceful hills of a national park with a view over Lake Bracciano. Villa Nova invites you to relax, enjoy, and connect with family and friends. It is a place where life feels simple and meaningful, surrounded by the beauty of Italy.
Our story
Villa Nova started as an empty shell we found 25 years ago. Over the years, it became our life’s project, carefully crafted into the welcoming home it is today. Every piece of furniture and every detail reflects our values—comfort, warmth, and a sense of belonging. When you stay here, you’re not just a guest—you’re part of the story.
Spaces for sharing and relaxing
This villa is designed for spending quality time with family and friends. Two large living rooms give you space to gather or find a quiet corner. The open kitchen is perfect for cooking and sharing meals together. With eight bedrooms, each opening to its own terrace with views of the hills and lake, you’ll wake up to stunning scenery every morning. Modern bathrooms and air conditioning ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Enjoying the outdoors
The gardens at Villa Nova are full of olive trees, flowers, and peaceful corners. You can dine under the shade of a pergola, swim in the solar-heated pool, or simply sit and enjoy the view of the hills. These outdoor spaces are for creating memories—whether that’s a family dinner, an afternoon swim, or a quiet moment with a book.
Experience the best of Italy
Villa Nova is the perfect base for exploring Italian culture and nature. Visit nearby vineyards for a wine tasting, enjoy a meal at a lakeside bistro, or take a short train ride to Rome for a day of sightseeing. Spend a relaxing day on the shores of Lake Bracciano, or venture to the seaside for a swim, a leisurely lunch, and an evening aperitivo by the water. Discover the charm of nearby villages like Trevignano Romano, Bracciano, or Anguillara Sabazia, each offering unique history and character. For a deeper cultural journey, explore the rich landscapes and ancient towns of Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. Whether you’re walking through local markets or savoring homemade pasta on the terrace, Villa Nova helps you experience Italy at its best.
Thoughtful hosting
We’ve thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We’re here to help if you need anything, but we also respect your space, so you can enjoy the villa on your own terms. Our guests consistently highlight the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful details of Villa Nova. One guest wrote, "A totally relaxing and peaceful location. Our family felt wrapped up with love and care for a week. We didn’t want to leave."
Memories that last
At Villa Nova, it’s the simple things that stay with you—spending a lazy day by the pool, enjoying an aperitivo with friends or soaking in the stunning view of the lake. Play ball in the garden, share a homemade Italian meal under the porticos, or reflect under the shade of a fig tree. Begin your day with a good "café", the calm of the garden and end it by watching the sunset from the pool—a moment that feels timeless. These are the experiences that make life special, and we’re proud to offer a place where they can happen.
Caring for the environment
Villa Nova runs on solar power, and the water from our well is safe to drink, so there’s no need for bottled water. We believe in protecting this beautiful place for the future and invite you to join us by being mindful of energy and waste during your stay.
