Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

This host is lazy at best and deceptive at worst. I've never written a negative review before but here we go:
- I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). She only got back to me a few hours before check-in time.
- Check-in is advertised as 2pm and is one of the reasons we booked this accommodation as we were arriving from a long flight that morning. A few hours before check-in she advised it wasn't until 3.30pm (we have an 8mo and 4yo).
- The accommodation is advertised as 2 bedrooms but there was only 1 bedroom. No where on the listing does it specify a higher fee for the second bedroom
- The bed was very uncomfortable
- The shower was very mouldy and stank of mould
- The entire bathroom stank of sewage.
- The place is close to the road with traffic noise
- The kitchen is sparse - 1 teabag provided and that's it.
There were no reviews at the time of booking but I've since found many negative reviews on other platforms - please check these out before booking!
