「Amazing, totally unexpected experience for the hotel that’s just off the highway. We arrived late and were greeted by a very nice young man. Best customer services experience ever! Room was very clean, comfortable bedding, and surprisingly great breakfast!」

「Young man at the front desk was extremely courteous! Went out of his way to make sure my mom had what she needed since he saw she had trouble walking. Nice to see such kindness! We stayed June 10 2024 in Bristol. 」

「It was a low price for the night. If you are expecting a non-smoking room, don't. Everyone smokes in the rooms. Our smoke detector was disconnected, only found that out when it fell off the wall while closing the stuck bathroom door. 」

「For the price it was good. Clean. Older hotel. Bathtub and floor were very slippery. Next to freeway but noisy was not a problem. Friendly staff. Only one elevator working at the time. Get a room closer to 10 floor, not much of a view from 2nd floor. View of 1st floor roof. Enough restaurants within a short drive. Red lobster, IHOP, Logan's, Olive garden. Stay away from China sun restaurant. Worst Chinese food. 」
