「Very large room. Good value for money. The FREE breakfast was decent. But we arrived at 3:00pm to check in and the room was not ready. They said 30 to 45 min. Very disappointing.」

「The card key to the back end of the building didn't work as it should have. We had to have someone show us how to hold the card key on the reader while, at the same time, pushing in and firmly pulling the door handle out to get it to release. The room numbers were so dark indicating which room was which that coming into the building from the outside, my eyes couldn't adjust fast enough to read the room numbers, which was quite inconvenient. 「The staff was nice and friendly, but the place is really run down and filthy. Way overpriced for what you get, which is next to nothing. It works if all you need is a bed, a shower, and to do some laundry (we didn't use it, but there was a laundry room). There's no shampoo in the room - you have to buy it at the front desk for $1/bottle. The beds were big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep comfortably, but the room was so small that one bed is pressed against the A/C, so someone will have...

「Booked in advance. Confirmed the day before. Showed up and was told with no apologies that they were double booked and we had no room. Almost a blessing in disguise as the property was disgusting and not maintained even from the outside. Would never ever book this hotel again. Would feel safer sleeping in my vehicle.」
