"The room was very very dirty. There’s dust and trash everywhere. Just beware it’s dirty. Found a bandaid stuck on the wall on top of the headboard and many other just unsanitary things around the room. Wish I could get a refund. Staff is okay but dont stay here. "

"The hotel has significant construction work going on, which we were not made aware of prior to our stay. We arrived to the sound of pneumatic drilling, with the staff on the front desk all wearing ear plugs. Work was happening 9am to 5pm everyday but Sunday, so sleeping isn’t a problem, but it’s not particularly nice to have to effectively walk through a construction site to get to the elevator. And it meant relaxing in your room during the day kind of impossible (even for us on the 5th floor). Overall the hotel was a decent base for exploring NYC, but had we known about the construction work we would definitely have utilised the free cancellation policy and booked elsewhere. "

"One of the best nyc hotels I have stayed at. Everything from my room to the open lounge areas to the food and staff was just perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again. Felt like an extension of my living room. "

"Stayed here for a quick 3 day weekend in NYC and enjoyed my stay. They allowed us to check our bags in early so that we start our activities immediately. The check in process was smooth and there weren’t any surprise fees. The room was clean but they only provided towels, soap lotion and coffee. The room did not come with a mini bar/snacks or any toiletries such as tooth paste or shower caps which was not a big deal personally. Housekeeping came and reset our room beautifully once we left for our activities for the day. Overall we had a very pleasant experience here and would stay again. "
