Amazing Studio in the City Center ★ Fast Wifi

Summary:

A freshly renovated this historic studio in the city centre of Trieste. It used to be the home of tram drivers in the early '800 and you can feel the vibe :) It is fitted with freshly furniture and taste. It's a great and inexpensive choice for solo travellers or couples There is a very spacious bathroom with a shower and bidet. You can also use a smart kitchenette. Fast Wi-Fi available, no TV yet. We have self-check-in.



The Space:

The apartment is fully at your disposal. No one will be there except you. We live a few blocks away if you need any assistance. You'll find everything you need: towels, sheets, toilet essentials.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in city centre of Trieste and you can walk to every destination. We are very close to the historic Trieste tram station :)



Getting Around:

The apartment has a great location. You can walk from and to the station and reach every attraction by foot. There is free parking on street (the zone is NOT car-restricted) or you can enjoy a garage for 10€ / day.



Other Things to Note:

Tourist tax 2 euro per person per day not included.

Valid IDs for all guests are required prior to check-in.



Interaction with Guests:

I live a few blocks away and I can give you any assistance if needed. We have self-check-in and we value your privacy, so we won't be there if you don't ask to do so.

Parkeren in de straat is onmogelijk. De parkeerplaatsen voor het huis zijn geblokkeerd. Het glas vd voordeur is kapot. het feit dat het gebouw waarin het appartement gelegen is totaal gerenoveerd wordt geeft een raar gevoel. Basis voorzieningen goed. Glazen aanvullen svp.

Construction, noisy, dirty, unsafe

There is scaffolding inside and outside the building. The construction begins about 7 am and continues all day. The view from the windows is blocked by scaffolding. You can not open the windows because of loud construction noise and men working. There are construction materials in the entry and all the halls and passage ways. I was hit with a piece of falling cement while walking in the wall. The floors are dirty and dusty. There is almost no street parking. We were there for 5 night. We were given one bath towel for each person. We requested fresh towels and soap several times, but never received any. We had to buy our own. The floors in our room had not been cleaned. We were mislead by the listing. There was no mention of construction. The shopping area and good restaraunts is about a 20+ minute walk. I don’t suggest eating at the places in the neighborhood. I suggest that people stay in area near the cruise port…..not here.

The price and the location are hard to beat. Location wise, next to train station and easy walk to the touristy side of town. Clean and very quiet place, although there is construction activity during the day, as they appear to be renovating the building. Eateries close by. Very easy negotiations and communications with the owner, lots of privacy throughout.

Tolle zentrumsnahe Unterkunft

Nach unkompliziertem Check-In (sehr gute Beschreibung incl. Parkmöglichkeiten) fand ich eine 1a-Unterkunft vor, von der aus das Stadtzentrum fussläufig schnell zur erreichen war. Meine Erwartungen an das Studio haben sich bestens erfüllt, auch Nachfragen beim Vermieter wurden sehr zeitnah und unkompliziert beantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Me gustó que estaba limpio y cerca de la estación ya que nos movimos en bus hacia Eslovenia a pasar el día antes de embarcar en el puerto de Trieste en un crucero. Por contra, las zonas de estación suele tener gente variopinta en los alrededores y esta no es menos. En wifi no nos funcionó el primer día y lo comunicamos al gestor. Cuando volvimos de Eslovenia ya funcionó bien. Buena comunicación con Riccardo. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
