A very nice flat. It was close to the centre and the waterfront so we could walk everywhere. There were bars, restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes walk.

A comfortable stay
The instructions sent by the owner for the check in are straight forward. The process was complicated by the lift not working and no light in the garage to see said directions.
The apartment itself is spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light and air flow.
The bathroom is the only exception to the above rule as there's barely enough room.
Drawbacks. While there is a washing machine, it is within a private zone, so unable to be used by quests.
The gorgeous hotplates don't seem to work, even when you follow the instructions.
It can get quite chilly at night. All that is provided is a thin hospital blanket. And the pillows are rock hard.
Oh, and unless you want to keep the curtains closed the entire time, there is no privacy. But that's not really the owner's fault.

Appartamento pulitissimo, fornito di tutto, come a casa: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, tostapane , phon, ferro da stiro. Inutile dilungarsi: non manca nulla. A disposizione un posto auto ( nell'autosilos del condominio, ma "scoperto"). Il posteggio richiede alcune manovre ma ho sistemato senza problemi un suv di medie dimensioni. A due minuti trovate un fresco parco superato il quale, a 100 metri, inizia la zona pedonale con negozi, bar e ristoranti; termina praticamente in centro dove iniziano nuove zone pedonali . A 100 metri panetteria, bar, poco più in la supermercato Bosco maxi (con posteggio) e ben servito. Ancora più vicino supermercato Lidl, ma senza parcheggio. Fare la spesa non è un problema. In conclusione appartamento collocato in posizione strategica, silenzioso,( mai sentito rumori dai vicini). Comodissimo per 2-4 persone, se siete in quattro manca un pò di spazio, a mio avviso, per sistemare i vestiti. A Trieste c'è sempre traffico ed è impossibile posteggiare, utilizzate i mezzi pubblici o andate a piedi (vale la pena perchè ogni angolo, ogni palazzo è da vedere). Il proprietario, infine, disponibilissimo e gentile. Da consigliare

Moderne und gemütliche Wohnung im Zentrum Triests zwischen Piazza Oberdan, Giardino Tommasini und Viale XX. Septembre mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Unschlagbar der Privatparkplatz ...
