Spacious country house with fireplace, AC and WIFI

Lovely country house in Trimiklini surrounded by beautiful pine trees. The area is very quiet with limited surrounding houses so you can relax peacefully. Ideal place for a large family or for a large group of people that want to escape to a beautiful country scenery. Also free WIFI and fully air-conditioned main areas!

Facilities like a market, bakery and petrol station are all minutes away. Also, Trimiklini is ideally situated near many beautiful iconic villages like Platres, Agros and many others so you can easily explore.

The place is surrounded by beautiful pine trees which makes you feel one with nature. You will feel very peaceful and relaxed.

Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.
Most of the people living in the nearby houses are Cypriots, all very friendly.

In Trimiklini, like in all areas of Cyprus, due to the limited public transportation, the ideal way to travel is by car.

The house has a very spacious parking area where you can easily park up to 4 or 5 cars.

Comfortable and hassle free

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Cyprus! The place was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had a smooth stay, promptly addressing any questions. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free experience! (sidenote: Cyprus transport is a bit difficult, so I would suggest renting a car. However, there is an [infrequent] bus that passes 2 minutes away from the property).

A great house with large garden in a beautiful place.

A great house, but the 4th bedroom is completely separate in the basement. Not ideal for two families with young children. The house is clean and tidy and well equipped for catering for yourself. The surrounding area is mostly quiet and beautiful. The local bakery is superb as are the fruit stalls.

Quiet, well equipped, spacious, convenient for local shops and petrol station. Well away from the crowds in Limassol, in the foothills of the Troodos mountains.

beste Lage in ruhiger umgebung

Zum wandern ist dieser Ort super. 10 km und 15 km bis zu den zentren pano platres und troodos. Zum Strand eher 30 km aber weniger kurven also so 30 Minuten. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Strße,wo nur 2 x am Tag ein Auto vorbeifährt. Nette gegenüber und nur auf einer Seite ein entferntes Nachbargrundstück. Das Haus ist recht großzügig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. allerdings fehlte uns eine Kaffeemaschine, die haben wir einfach dazu gekauft. Sonst ist alles da, außer ein Knoblauchquetscher. Ganz toll sind die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster und die aufwendige totale abdunkelungsmöglichkeit an jedem Fenster! Das 4. Schlafzimmer befindet sich getrennt vom Rest der Wohnung im Souterain. Im Sommer bestimmt schön kühl. Zwei Probleme: Alle Türen schurren auf den Fliesen, gehen aber mit Kraft auf und zu. Der Wasserdruck ist recht gering fürs Duschen muss man sich Zeit lassen und für grössere Geschäfte haben wir Wasser aus einem Topf hinzugeschüttet, weil es sehr lange dauert bis der Spühlkastenwieder voll ist.

A great family holiday.

The house is in a quiet location that is a few minutes away from the B8 road. The main road can be heard sometimes but unless you normally live in a field in the middle of nowhere you will not be bothered by the odd siren or enthusiastic motorcyclist.. Everything you need is there, all you need is food and drink. The supermarket is very easy to reach on foot or by car. There are plenty of restaurants within a few kilometers. The house is comfortable and had enough room for the six of us and I can see no reason why eight would struggle for space. If you are sitting out in the evenings you might find insect repellent useful. The views of the Troodos mountains are superb. Thoroughly recommended.
