This home is nice. There was 9 of us and we were comfortable. We were here during the early spring time was we couldn’t use the yard much. The view needs to be worked on. There are tree branches in the way.

Lovely view, quiet, clean and comfortable! Very nice beds and super clean. Quaint and cozy with a family/cottage feel. Wish we'd stayed longer to enjoy Trinidad and more beaches. Bring your own firewood and be prepared for spotty wifi.

Large, private, quiet property with incredible ocean view. Enjoyed beautiful evening sunsets around the fire pit. House is old with a lot of character. Had everything we needed for meals there.

Even tho the house was older..it made the our vacation enjoyable the house have a large yard for a verity of things to do..we had the volleyball and bad mitting games going on not to include horse shoes and corn hole ..with enough yard to play all the games without interfering. UT the best part was the breath takei g vies of trinidad harbor..felt like I was in the movie goonies.just an alla round great vacation..if you want enjoy a buittfull quite vacation I absolutely recommend going to seaside airb&bs rental

I’m the location is great with a wonderful view of the ocean. However, this is an older home in a woodsy area so I wouldn’t pick this spot if you are squeamish about flies and spiders. If you don’t mind that, then go for it.

The house is exactly as described. Felt "homey" the second we walked in. Very clean and obviously loved by the owners of the house. Sitting in the backyard with a glorious view of the ocean from three different perspectives was a dream. Loved eating the fresh blackberries and watching the California quails. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We could not have chosen a better location for our family of 5 to enjoy both the Redwoods and the gorgeous California coastline! We spent two days exploring Redwood National Park and loved our easy access to several beaches where we treasure hunted in tide pools for starfish and other marine life. Sunset from this property is breathtaking!

What a fun, welcoming, and amazing house, I'd love to know the history of the property, house, and furnishings. It was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us, had every amenity possible, and the kitchen supplies were beyond amazing-every single thing you might ever need to make a snack or a gourmet meal for 20! Cleanliness was superior, very appreciated and more difficult to maintain in a older house. We all loved the property and the house itself was a standout-intriguing, amusing, comfortable, welcoming, spacious, fascinating and one of the best places we've ever stayed. Not a run of the mill, cookie cutter type of rental, this place had personality, soul, and comfort and suited us perfectly. A gem of a place and I can't recommend it highly enough, we loved it!

It was amazing to be close enough to hear the waves crashing all day and a quick drive to hike through the redwoods. The view was spectacular. The beaches were also surrounding us. The house was just as we expected it was from the pictures. It was plenty big for the 7 of us and we cooked a lot.

This house was charming and the yard was amazing with the few overlooking the Pacific Ocean. I really liked being able to hear the ocean through the windows at night and the beautiful woodwork inside the home made me feel like I was on some sort of old time sea vessel. Very romantic and charming. My wife and children loved this place as did I. Only 30 to 40 minutes away from the best redwoods on earth

We had a great stay and were happy with the location and condition of the house. The view is incredible both to the north and south, and the lawn area was amazing for my toddler to run around. Each room was equally charming and while there were a few quirks, they seemed normal considering the age of the house and location and climate of Trinidad. Linens/towels were very clean and neat. Kitchen was well stocked and with newer appliances. I texted a few times with the local manager and they were very responsive and accommodating, which I appreciate. At the end of our visit several of my family members mentioned wanting to find a reason to visit Trinidad again, just to stay there again. I would definitely rent it again too.

We were not super familiar with the area as this was our first time. I was surprised that many of the surrounding towns didn’t feel touristy. The town of Trinidad is absolutely adorable however and a perfect tourist destination. This house is nearby (though you have to drive). This location has a unique farm/coastal vibe as it is an old farmhouse located on the waters bluff. The house is old but has character.

Hi! The house and location were perfect. I was worried about mold, as a reviewer from about a year ago mentioned this was a problem. I'm very, very allergic. But there was no mold. I'd have known. The house was very clean. A great place to stay. Very comfortable. There's a direct path to the beach down along the cul de sac. We were three adults and three kids and it was ideal.

Loved the bluff overlooking the ocean - was outside by the fence watching surfers on one side and quaint bay on the other. House was quaint and comfortable cottage style home. Kitchen was very well stocked. I made muffins for the hungry hikers and cooked a few meals with everything there that was needed. A little remotely located but could easily drive to beach or town. Access to national park close by. The tide pools at nearby beach was a favorite spot and the sea glass we found there in the gravels. Hikes in the redwoods by day and beach at sunset. Really nice unexpected trip with my son and his college roommates before they went back to start their junior year at Colorado State. Trinidad Pier was stunning - saw an otter and sea lion
