Schönes Haus in wünderschöner Lage. Bester Ausblick! Hat alles was man braucht, das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Renovierung. Wir hatten die beste Check-in Betreuerin: Rina!! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und tolle Tipps!

Ottima posizione con bellissima veranda. Molti cinghialetti nei giardini e talvolta nella zona piscina. Necessità della macchina per accedere alle spiagge. Ottima assistenza del personale in caso di problemi. Nel complesso una bella vacanza!

Merci pour la gentillesse de Rina , elle est très rapide pour nous répondre. Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec 3 enfants. La terrasse et la vue est très sympa. On y voit de beaux couchés de soleil. On a une place de parking devant l'appartement.On croise des cochons sauvages totalement innofensifs dans la ville et parfois dans le jardin de la propriété. Il y a la clime dans l'appartement et une cuisine fonctionnelle (manque le lave vaisselle, de micro-ondes, de machine à laver); Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage. Les plages les plus accessibles selon nous, sont au minimum 20 minutes. La superette est à 2 minutes en voiture est très bien achalandée. Il manquait la clime dans les chambres du bas. La voiture est obligatoire pour se baigner, faire les courses, jeter les poubelles.

We had a great week at Costa Paradiso : great location, superb view, nice appartement, top service by agency ... We definitely recommend this one for “Corona-proof” stay in lovely Sardinia ;-)

Ein wirklich schöner Ort!

Zufriedenstellender Urlaub für den Ort, Costa Paradiso, beides für das Ferienhaus, in dem wir untergebracht waren. Sehr schön, sauber, ordentlich und eine schöne Lage, von der wir atemberaubende Ausblicke und Sonnenuntergänge genossen haben. Der Empfang war ausgezeichnet. Sardinia Unlimited war immer anwesend, entweder telefonisch oder per E-Mail oder vor Ort mit ihrer Mitarbeiterin Rina.

It was great!

This is a perfect house for a family with children. It is equipped with all of the essentials and is located close to the wonderful beach of Li Cossi. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the terrace which has a lovely view of the sea below. We were the only ones to use the pool, even if it was shared. Sardinia Unlimited agency was great in communicating and helped us a lot in finding spots to visit, in arranging tours ( we went to the Magdalena Archipelago with a boat) We had a really lovely stay and hope to return to this beautiful place.

Villetta a Costa Paradiso, località che conoscevamo già e apprezziamo da anni per la sua posizione geografica comodissima e la tranquillità. La Casa Rosa è stata per noi perfetta come tappa di un itinerario nel nord della Sardegna! Personale molto disponibile (siamo arrivati all'una di notte!!!) e casa accogliente e funzionale. Torneremo sicuramente.

Tolle Lage, aber Ausstattung sehr schlecht

Die kleine Anlage (6 Ferienhäuschen mit gemeinsamem Pool) könnte wunderschön sein, Lage und Aussicht sind grandios, auch architektonisch ansprechend mit schönen Terrassen auf den beiden Etagen. Die Ausstattung war allerdings sehr schlecht. Nur das Allernötigste in billigster Qualität, Kleider- und Küchenschränke muffelig. Außenbeleuchtung auf der Terrasse kaputt. Schiebetüren der Dusche drohten bei der Benutzung auseinanderzufallen. Klimagerät vorhanden, funktionierte aber nicht. Grünanlagen zwischen den Häusern und um den Pool ungepflegt. Machte insgesamt einen vernachlässigten Eindruck, drei der sechs Häuser schienen gar nicht mehr genutzt zu werden. Aber tolle Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus zu sehen.

Bellissimo posto!

Le nostre vacanze in Costa Paradiso erano bellissime! Le rocce e il mare sono un sogno! La casa Rosa è perfetta per una famiglia. La cucina e moderna e anche le camere. Il posto è molto tranquillo e la piscina era ottima per le bambine dopo la spiaggia.
