Whilst we know keeping food packed away is always the best option, regardless, it must have been frustrating. Hi Jimmy, thank you for your review. We would like to make it clear however, that we do NOT advertise as wheelchair accessible. We have checked on the VRBO listing and there isn't anything that indicates this. If you had asked us this question at time of booking, we would of been able to gladly advise you of the layout of our home. I have looked at the transcripts between yourself and our manager and I cannot see where she has implied that you may have broken the dishwasher. Sadly, appliances do malfunction and we would of gladly arranged for an actual repair man to come in and fix the problem to save you having to wash up the dishes by hand. It turned out to be a small piece of glass causing the problem. We are very intentional in taking care of our homes, ensuring a wonderful experience for our guests. We have a fantastic team and our 269 '5 star' reviews for Pinhoti alone are testament to their hard work. I am sorry you felt we didn't do enough during your visit.
