「The house was very nice and very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is very remote and it is quite a drive to get to anywhere that has a store, but there is a Dollar General that isn’t that far away. We would highly recommend staying at this place. 」

「This was my first time staying in a Tiny Home, and we had a great time! It’s just secluded enough on acres of woods to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The fire pit was amazing with two great swings and several Adirondack chairs surrounding it. The porch swing was a plus! The outdoor area had several rows of outdoor lighting that was beautiful at night. Something to consider though…The spiral stair case is narrow and a little shaky, so if that would be a issue, I wouldn’t suggest staying at this Tiny...

「We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! 「My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. 「This cozy tiny home cabin was perfect for my week long visit. The space worked for my needs. I was able to work remotely without issue during the day, rest in the living space in the evening after taking in the area with walks on the quiet roads with a beautiful sunset view. 「The home and property were neat and clean. The home was nicely decorated, all things were clean and comfortable, and we were just 3 minutes from the tennis center - which is why we came to town. We brought our small dog and things worked out beautifully. We would stay there again if we were back in the area. 」
