「Very well maintained property. Staff/team were all friendly and welcoming as well as efficient. Great location next to Arch. Had a low battery problem on the morning of departure and sought help at the front desk. Problem solved as maintenance met us in the garage with a portable jumper starter. What a value added service! Another big plus—nightly reception with great food and beverages. Would definitely stay here again as well as other Drury locations.」

「The remodel is coming along great and as always, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. Oh, its only 20 min. from the enterprise center, the home of the Blues!」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」
