「The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay.」

「We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. 「The best part was the night time view from our window.
And now the reality of actually staying there,
Arctic Mary Rooms "Hotel".
1. Nice front door,with a pile of junk ceiling high at the side.
2. Needed a torch to operate key code pad outside,
making a loud noise with every touch.
3. Boots strewn all over the hallway causing me to trip when entering.
4. Misdescribed Superior Room, no mention of shared bathroom and toilet.

「Enkel innsjekk med digital nøkkel. Rent og nytt rom med velutstyrt kjøkken og nydelig utsikt.
Ski in/ski out var litt tungvint, da det ikke var tilrettelagt en ordentlig løype helt fra hotellet. Det fungerte likevel fint for oss som er erfarne alpinister.
Det var imidlertid skuffende at verken hotellet, Expedia eller nettsiden til Narvikfjellet informerte tydelig om vedlikeholdsarbeid i bakken og stengte heiser før oppholdet var betalt og booket. Dette burde kommet klart frem på forhånd, slik...
