「Very nice surprise - comfortable, clean and quiet hotel in good price. Amazing spa, big gym, swimminpool with hot water. Great restaurant on the last floor. Only one kilometer from city centre, you can easily walk to Polaria or any other museum. This hotel is one of the hidden pearls of Tromsø, do not miss it. 」

「This is the BEST place to stay, in Tromsø. The apartment where we stayed, in this apartment building, was just wonderful, in all regards. Very well located (quiet, but very close to everywhere you want to go in the small visitors' area of this town), cozy, well heated, very clean, very well equipped with everything we needed - and then some… - . Close to multiple, nice supermarkets. As for the way the place is managed and operated, it is quite unique. Very impressive. You do not see anyone...

「The house is a bit outside town in a separate peaceful island. If you like more peaceful location, this is a good option. The town itself is easily reachable if you have a car. Multiple grocery stores are also nearby. The suite was well equipped and is suitable for two persons. The owner was also nice and we had easy communication with her of the practical accommodation matters. 」

"官網沒有告知熱水供應有限的問題。並且checking in時也沒告知熱水供應有限的事情。導致入住後才發現這項問題，在夜晚零度的時候洗澡到一半沒有供應洗澡熱水，這實在非常令人覺得困擾並且感到驚訝。立即向櫃檯反應也只是回答30分鐘後就會再次提供熱水。並沒有說明提供後，還能使用時間限度。也沒有任何方式可以了解現在到底會不會再次發生突然沒有熱水的問題。櫃檯的解決方式只有提供另一個場地沖澡。但是詢問後，即便到另一個場地洗澡一樣會有這樣的問題。未來任何人入住，都需要考量這樣的問題並且納入是否訂購該飯店的評估項目。"

"This hotel is located at the centre by the harbor side. It is convenient to walk to the airport bus stops or the meeting point of northern light tour or any site seeing pick up point. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. The room is cozy and the hotel is not next to the main road, so that you would have a quiet and comfortable night for sleeping, especially after a northern light tour. Last but not least, their staffs are friendly, helpful and full of hospitality. "
