- The studio of 25 square meters is located on the ground floor of an old renovated farmhouse. It is composed of 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, a kitchenette with table and chairs, a small bathroom with shower and a complete veranda, a beach umbrella, a table, chairs and a sun lounger; common of well-kept garden with reading corner and deck chairs, and barbercue corner, inside the structure there is also a parking space. The guests of Casale San Francesco can make excursions to the Aeolian Islands with daily departures from the port of Tropea, boat trips to Capo Vaticano and all along the Costa degli Dei, through our structure you can reserve a rental boats, rafts, motorcycles and cars and the possibility of transfer from the airport of Lamezia Terme, as additional services included in the cost of living is the supply of linens: towels provided and sheets provided. The property is 1 km from the center of Tropea (10 minutes walk) and the sea.

Siamo stati una settimana io e il mio ragazzo a Tropea. Proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato molti luoghi d'interesse e culinari l. Il casale a 15 min a piedi da Tropea è molto tranquillo e curato si respira un senso di pace e puoi rilassarti sulla verandina dell'appartamento anch'esso molto pulito e fornito di tutti i confort. Siamo stati benissimo sicuramente ci torneremo! Grazie Antonio e Francesco

Klein aber fein; ein wenig entfernt aber Empfehlenswert
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir waren 10 Tage dort.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter Antonio sehr freundlich am Bahnhof empfangen, im Apartment warteten auf uns eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch, eine Flasche Mineralwasser und ein lecker kalabrisches Dessert (Sfogliatella) im Kühlschrank.
Antonio (Vermieter) gab uns herzlichst alle notwendige Informationen rund um Tropea.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,schön dekoriert, liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet, mit der Möglichkeit gemütlich draußen unter Bäumen zu sitzen.
Die Badezimmer war ziemlich klein, aber funktional und mit allen notwendigen Badezeugen.
Das Bett war bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet, wir hatten inklusiv Sonnenschirm und Regenschirm.
Der hilfsbereite Antonio kümmerte sich sowohl um den beschädigten Sonnenschirm uns zu tauschen, als auch um den Handtuch- und Wäschetausch.
ca. 2 km bis zur Strand und 1,2 km bis zur Altstadt an viel befahrener Straße ohne Fußgängerweg.
Also ein Auto oder irgendwelche Fahrräder bleiben notwendig, um zum Strand, zu den Einkäufe oder in die Stadt zu fahren.
Die Sehenwürdigkeiten der Tropea und seine Strände ist traumhaft schön und weiter zu empfehlen.
Ein Auto und Fahrräder würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da Calabrien so viele schöne Ecken hat, aber auch ein Badeurlaub in Tropea ist aufgrund der schönen Sandstrände durchaus denkbar.

Tiny jewel
We've spent 7 nights in Tropea. The apartment is tiny but well equipped, ideal for couples or couples with one child. This is about 15-20 minutes walk from the historical city centre of Tropea and it's beach. Antonio, the owner is a nice and helpful person. He can't speak English however this was not a problem at all, we could understand each other. He recommended good restaurants and shared good tipps and tricks with us what, when and where we can do in the city. I recommend this place for everybody who would like to discover Tropea and its surroundings. I definetly would come back and stay there again. Maria and her family from Hungary

Kleine Wohnung in einer größeren Anlage
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ortseingang von Tropea, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten in die Stadt, leider an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg. Die Wohnung war recht dunkel und klein aber sauber und funktional eingerichtet. das Bett war bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Auf der kleinen Terasse hat man morgens Sonne. Der Blick zum Meer wird teilweise durch Bäume verdeckt. Der Garten liegt oberhalb der besagten Straße, wodurch die Autos zu hören sind.
