“Adorable apt in downtown Troy. Charming and clean, thoughtfully appointed and terrific location. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

“Was clean, the building was pretty neat. Traffic can be a little noisy but didnt seem to bother us too much.”

“Great location, walk to shops and restaurants. Apartment very spacious, well equipped. Peaceful, relaxing stay. Host very accessible and helpful. ”

“Very clean, and the host communicated very well.”

“Got in late, but our room was ready and quiet. The shower had good pressure too. Free WiFi worked well for catching up on emails before bed. Really appreciated having a private bathroom after a long day.”

“This is our second stay in this house, but first time in this apartment. The property is charming, comfortable, and quiet. 10/10”

“Horrible!!!Unclean and not even the same room as listed. The shower was disgusting and the water took an hour to heat up. Everything looks okay upon first glance but if you look closer it’s disgusting! Stains and hair from previous guests. The walls in the bathroom are separating. The host has not been helpful upon our complaint! Don’t waste your money”

“Paper thin ceilings and walls. Could hear the neighbors all day and night. Made it hard to sleep. There are lots of cats surrounding the building and on top of any car that parks on the back row. Some man was out sprinkling food along the grass area. Would not stay here again.”

“This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.”

“It's an easy place to get around alone. Everything you need is close by, so no hassles getting to places.”

“Great place to stay! Amazing location! Beautiful house!”

“Small ranch home divided in half with 2 apartments. The area was an older neighborhood with run down homes but had some nice homes. My biggest issue was the bedroom, there was a bed and 2 small wire racks. I had to continue move my suitcase from floor to bed and back. No place to sit you suitcase on, no coat hangers And the bed is very high which I had difficulty getting in. Was just ok for the money , won’t return due just a number of things that made our stay uncomfortable”

“Was a beautiful loft apartment. Spacious and welcoming with many personal touches. A quiet place for us to relax and be refreshed.”

“My wife and I stayed in one of the wagons located in Arcanum. It was a great stay. Peaceful, quiet, and just a great experience! We would stay again.”

“Overall, we would probably stay here again because my son goes to the university there and the location is great. There were a lot of spiders so we had to go around with a broom and get rid of a lot of of them. There is also a very musty smell, which would’ve been fixed had they had some kind of plug-in air freshener. The bed is very squeaky every time you move. It makes a lot of noise. The whole place that was very clean. There are not a lot of amenities like hair dryers or washcloths. We……

“Clean, comfortable space. Communication with host was excellent.”

“I’ll start by saying Laura, the host, was responsive. However, when I arrived, the rental had flies and had not been thoroughly cleaned. I initially tried to make the best of it since I had already paid in full. The next day, I contacted Laura because the Wi-Fi was unreliable for work and shared photos of several maintenance and cleanliness issues. She apologized, offered a 10% refund, and suggested I contact VRBO for a full refund. After reviewing my photos and messages with Laura, VRBO……
