Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour une nuit seulement. La procédure d'accès est très claire et Juliette, notre point de contact, très réactive sur tous nos messages. Le hall d'entrée peut laisser une mauvaise impression mais celle-ci est très vite oubliée une fois dans l'appart: il est propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps pour tout tester mais tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires à un long séjour sont disponibles. Une adresse à retenir pour notre prochain séjour à Troyes

Freundlicher Empfang und eine sehr ruhige Nacht in unmittelbarer Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten und des "Nachtlebens". Die Wohnung ist klein, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles Nötige und zusätzlich Tee- und Kaffeezubehör vorhanden. Die Fenster gehen ausschliesslich zum Innenhof. Gerne empfohlen.

My daughter and me enjoyed every minute of our stay in Troyes while visiting family. This little appt was the perfect addition to our trip, great location, clean and Juliette, the owner, was very easy to deal with. Will rent this little gem next time as well.

Although we loved Troyes, my wife and I were disappointed by the low standard of the facilities at Le Petit Bouchon. The entrance and staircase of the building was dirty and in a very poor state of decoration and repair. Having to use this to enter and leave, gave a bad impression. An internal courtyard seen from the windows of the apartment was in a dilapidated condition. We chose the property because it was the first one listed on the website and it had excellent reviews. We were unable to match the 5 out of 5 ratings given in those reviews, with the reality of our surroundings. The central location is the most positive aspect. Although we have stayed in a great many VRBO rentals we have never before given a negative review. We would also point out that in English ‘parking on the premises’ means in or at the building, not paying for a nearby public car park. Robert & Jeanette

Travelling back home through France we needed a night stop to break up the journey, and settled on Troyes. The apartment is perfectly located near the centre of town and was ideal for our needs. Clean, well furnished and cosy.. It could sleep 4 but was perfect for us as a couple. Highly recommended.
