Immerse yourself in the comfort of our 200sqm duplex flat, perfectly designed for families and groups looking for an unforgettable break in the picturesque surroundings of Trub, the most beautiful village in Switzerland. Spread over two floors, our spacious accommodation offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Inside the flat you will find three inviting bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and a desk, another with two single beds and the third with a single bed. The spacious bathroom on the 2nd floor has a bathtub, WC and washing machine. The living area on the 1st floor is equipped with a WC, a sofa bed, TV, video, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. Bed linen, towelling and kitchen towels are provided free of charge; trip trap seats are also available and a cot can be reserved for a fee.
The outdoor area of our holiday flat invites you to relax and enjoy. Use our garden for moments of peace and quiet, for a barbecue or to unwind over a coffee or aperitif. The nearby stream offers opportunities for treading water, Kneipp therapy, building stone figures, panning for gold and, if there is enough water, swimming.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities and excursions. From challenging hikes on our local mountain, the Napf, to easy walks to Escholzmatt or Trubschachen to sample the famous Kambly biscuits. Trub is also an ideal starting point for beautiful bike tours. For bikers and motorcyclists there are lockable rooms and free parking spaces directly at the house. The proximity to cities such as Lucerne, Thun and Bern (50 - 60 minutes by car) and the two-minute walk to the Weierhausstöckli bus stop, from where a bus leaves every 30 minutes, makes Trub the perfect place to explore Switzerland.
Our duplex flat in Trub is the ideal retreat for anyone who appreciates both the tranquillity and unspoilt nature of the Swiss countryside and the opportunity to go on exciting excursions. Enjoy your stay in the midst of the special Emmental hills, surrounded by plenty of forest and the hospitality of the Trub community, where time still seems to stand still.
