“This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. “This was the best VRBO experience we have had. This is really a "spa like" home. The owner has really done everything possible to make this a relaxing and comfortable space.
