There were cobwebs above each doorway and in all of the windows (including the bedrooms). The insides of the draws and cupboards in the kitchen were very grubby and there were personal effects in the wardrobes upstairs (perhaps these could be moved to a locked cupboard when the property is rented out). After departure we gave some feedback by email of some necessary maintenance issues, and a suggested improvement (a mirror in the family bathroom would be very useful), so hopefully these will be acted upon quickly."

"Stayed in Pennant 5 day, myself and 3 kids. The flat is perfectly placed, easy to access pubs and the beaches plus you have a great view. The flat itself is well furnished and kitchen has everything you need, even stuff for baking with the kids!! It was also really clean and fresh when we arrived. Would definitely stay again if coming back to St Mawes."
