"I recently stayed at this wonderful Japanese onsen hotel for five nights for the second time, and it was just as amazing as my first visit. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff was always welcoming and attentive. I absolutely loved the set dinners, which featured delicious kaiseki cuisine that showcased local flavors. The onsen experience was also fantastic, providing a perfect way to relax after skiing. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return!"

"Nice location. Not too far from station. Nice rental shop just near the entrance. Gears are ok, just for fun ride. Dry room can be better. No shuttles to station…."

"Average services, I rate both good and bad. Good is the inclusive meals (optional during booking), I was given a lot of quality food in a presentable traditional Japanese setting, but bad is that my booking includes 2 adults and 1 kid, the hotel told me I needed to pay extra for my kids staying (I had no choice so I paid) and tried to charge me other items like extra bed, extra meal for my kid (I rejected these). I hate how the hotel manage bookings and dishonesty as I had already paid my booking for 3 members in full but then got charged extra when I arrived without any email communication before I check-in, other major problem to the overall experience is that most of the staffs speak broken English and even not understand, I find it very difficult to communicate, also both indoor and outdoor onsen water is all dirty, the outdoor onsen water is not even hot."
