“Special casita perfect for a couple to enjoy glorious foothill views both night and day off your very own highpoint foothill! Quiet and beautiful. Includes a wonderful pool with views of many Saguaros and the Santa Catalina Mountains. Karen, our hostess, thought out everything to make guests comfortable from great King mattress with bedding, furniture, tvs, cooking implements, deck furnishings, beautiful crystal geodes, ceiling fans, great ac (a must!). And she was available by text to help……

“The location is in a very convenient location to TMC and many restaurants and shopping. We were met by Sandi when we checked in and she showed us all around the property. We were busy most days, however, in the mornings while I drank coffee by the pool, Sandi would often come out and visit. Same thing goes for the evenings as we enjoyed the sunsets and cooler temps, we often shared wine and each other’s company for an added bonus! Even her friend visiting from out of state joined in made the……

“First VRBO stay and this property was perfect. Exactly as described by host Todd. Todd was in touch thru out the while process. The casita had everything we needed and more. It was so clean and fresh. Parking was so easy right at front door. We were able to walk to so many restaurants. Our grandson walked from UofA in 18 minutes from his dorm.Will definitely be staying here next time we go to Tucson.Check in and out easy. ”

“Nice property. We needed a place for 2 vehicles and our dog as we were moving to Tucson. Nice location in north Tucson. Casita with a kitchen/living room, bedroom and office. Great WiFi. Office was great to catch up. Cold air conditioning. (We needed that!). All in all a nice stay, clean with everything we needed. ”

“We were very pleased with the property, its cleanliness and overall condition, along with the excellent communication with the property managers/ owners. We are first time renters with VRBO, and if this positive experience is normal, you've made us believers! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!”

“It was a comfortable long-term stay (>100 nights) while we purchased and renovated our new home a few miles away. The home is relatively new construction. There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up……
