In this fantastic home you'll enjoy quiet and comfortable sleeping quarters for up to 12 guests, large open family spaces perfect for gathering, socializing, and playing games, a cozy office/lounge space if you need to do a little work or take a break from the action and get lost in a good book. Or take the fun outside with a charming side courtyard patio featuring a BBQ grill, patio table and chairs, and conversation seating area, as well as a private and gated swimming pool. There’s something for the whole crew, including the little ones… with a kids friendly “dart” board in the Game Room, a Kids Corner in the Bunk Room featuring a kids table and chairs, activities, and games, and even kid sized plates and cups in the kitchen.

Absolutely Fantastic

Brian was a great. We were in town for a funeral and he was thoughtful. House was beautiful and better than I could have imagined. Very well put together. Lots of games for the family to play with and even though it was colder than usual the kids still jumped in the pool and it was awesome.

Watching college softball

The place was amazing! Great location to the softball games we came down to watch. The photos online did not do this place justice. Home was set up for visitors if all ages. The game room was used nightly, kids loved the games and learned to play poker on a chips and poker table. The outdoor space was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely book this house again.

Great Family VRBO

The house is set up well to entertain kids of all ages. Lots of games and activities available, which was great for us with our toddler. We cooked dinner every night and very much appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the patio and appreciated the many areas for us to gather - Nice big dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. The neighborhood was very nice quiet mid-century development with walking trails nearby. Would be super fun during summer when the pool is warm enough to use.
