Beware! We arrived at 6:30pm on Friday. Unit smelled of urine and cigarette smoke. Towel rods broken. Looked for a towel and found that they were all stained and full of pubic hair. Love seat pictured was missing. Photos replaced. Noticed the gate to the backyard was propped open and it looked like a homeless person had been living back there (see photos). We felt unsafe so we immediately vacated the premise and sent a message to the host listing all of the above safety and cleanliness concerns. We were asked to send pictures (which we did). At 9:08pm we finally received a response “Hi! Thank you for letting us know. Please allow us to check in with our housekeeping team regarding the issues, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.” Nothing addressing the safety concern which was at the top of our list. We did not receive any updates before 10pm and since we did not feel safe staying there, we ended up having to find a hotel. The next day, no response so we extended our hotel stay. Sunday morning, still no response other than an automated message detailing the checkout details. I reminded the host that we still had not received any response addressing our concerns. We were again, ignored. There was zero regard for our safety and cleanliness concerns. The day after our trip we received a message saying that their “inspection didn’t confirm the reported issues inside the property and the home is in good condition”. Please be careful and do not book with these people!
