📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer:

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.



🐶 Pet Policy – Dogs Welcome

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please let us know if you’re bringing them along.

🐕 Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh no more than 40 pounds, with a maximum of two dogs allowed in the home.

🧹 Cleanliness: Please pick up after your pets in both the backyard and front yard.

💲 Pet Fees:

$50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less

$15/day starting on the 6th day for longer stays

🚫 Cats: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to housekeeping allergies. Thank you for understanding.

Hot tub use is subject to availability and must be booked in advance of your stay.
