This 5 bedroom 4 full bathroom home boasts indoor/outdoor living and showcases stunning unobstructed mountain and city line views! Its the PERFECT oasis in the Desert

The entire home with its own private entrance will be yours to enjoy. In total, there are 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathroom.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom #1 is the well appointed Master bedroom and features a luxurious En Suite, 55 In TV, King Bed, wireless charging stations and access to the balcony that showcases stunning city views and overlooks the resort style backyard.
Private En Suite modern accommodations include standalone shower with dual shower head systems and several jets, dual vanities, stand alone soaking tub with jets, double sided fireplace and large custom walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom #2 features a Queen Bed, a sleeper sofa, wireless charging station, large closet and 55in TV

Guest Bedroom #3 features King Bed, 55 in TV, wireless charging station, and large closet

Guest Bedrooms #2 and #3 both have access to the Jack and Jill style bathroom. Each bedroom has its own access into a large shared bathroom. There is a vanity on each side of the bath to promote a bit of privacy.

Guest Bedroom #4 features a King bed, wireless charging station, sleeper pull out sofa, 55in TV,

Guest Bedroom #5 is the "Family Suite" and is located down stairs. The family suite includes its own private full bathroom, 2 King beds, wireless charging station, walk in closet 55 in TV and large window that overlooks the gorgeous backyard.

We are a family friendly home! We supply 2 Pack in Plays, 2 high chairs, children's eating utensils, life sized Connect Four, Corn Hole, putt putt golf, and a pool side basketball hoop. The Kiddos will love this home just as much as the adults!


Main Living area features open living/dining layout perfect for entertaining. enjoy indoor/outdoor living with the expansive 500 sqft deck that overlooks the resort style back yard and showcases incredible City views. Enjoy several seating areas plus 55in TV and natural gas BBQ grill out on the deck.

Modern kitchen includes top-end appliances, custom cabinets and granite counter tops

Inviting elements include indoor and outdoor quiet sitting areas sequestered throughout the property where you can enjoy early morning sunrises and gorgeous evening sunsets plus gas fireplaces both in the living area and Primary suite. Enjoy 7 Smart TV's including a 75in TV in the living room and 55 in TV outside on the expansive deck. All TV's feature access to Youtube TV for live channel streaming as well as NETFLIX, Hulu and Disney+. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate up to 16 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

There is complete privacy as well as plenty of parking as we are on just under an acre. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, city lights at night and unobstructed mountain views!!! They are gorgeous!

Backyard:

Exterior Accommodations include Pool and Spa with option for heating, fire pit, putting green with 4 Tee's and provided clubs and balls, connect 4 four and pool side basketball hoop for the kiddos, and corn hole.

Location:

This Desert Oasis is conveniently located in the heart of the Catalina Foothills just minutes from shopping and dining. Just a short 5 min drive away, find La Encantada Mall, AJ's fine foods, Flemings Steak House, Firebirds, Vivace, North Italia and Blanco Tacos and Tequila. There are also several High End Resorts and Spas, golf courses and hiking trails just minutes from the property.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 16 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Guests do not have access to garage

8) Pool/Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to 85 degree temperature.

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.
**Pool/Spa Heating Information**:

Pool/spa heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice.

Spa may be heated separately for $50 per day if pool heating is not desired. Pool heating requires a 2 night minimum and days for heating must be consecutive.

Enjoy access to the entire private residence, which includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, private pool/spa and putting green. While guests do not have access to the garage, there is ample space for several cars in the large driveway.

This residence will accommodate up to 16 guests very comfortably.

The Catalina Foothills is nestled against the Stunning Catalina Mountains offering breathtaking mountain and city views. Guests can expect to enjoy desert landscape to include saguaro cacti, diverse wildlife, and miles of hiking trails.
The Catalina Foothills is known for its upscale residential neighborhoods boasting luxurious homes, high end restaurants and fine dining and beautiful desert estates.

Enjoy long walks in the early mornings and evenings. You will need a car for the rest of your exploration of Tucson

**Pool/Spa Heating Information**:

Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating requires a 2 day minimum for heating and those days must be consecutive.

Pool heating will be available October 15th through May 1st
-Spa heating will be available year round

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property

-There are exterior cameras around the property to include the door bell, back yard pool area and above the garage.

**Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed**
