The spacious terraced backyard offers beautiful views of the Catalina mountains and several spaces to make wonderful memories with your group. We designed our home for digital nomads and worldschooling families in mind. We have 3 workstations, one with a monitor, and all within bedrooms so you can close the door and focus while the others are having fun. We have the highest speed wifi package with extenders so you can work outdoors while soaking up the desert sun.
Our game room has shuffleboard and air hockey, and there are 4 new Roku TVs throughout the home.
We have a thorough cleaning protocol and the house is eco-friendly. Features include recycling, energy-efficient LED lighting, dual flush toilets, native landscaping for low water usage and an in-fridge water filter for great quality drinking water.
HOT TUB: Kept hot and can be used year round.
POOL: The pool is not heated and will generally be a comfortable temp from the beginning of May to the end of September.
KID FRIENDLY: For infants and toddlers, we have provided a pack & play, high chair, bibs and kids’ plates and cups. There are also lots of games provided for older kids and the whole family!
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: If you are looking for outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, golf, birding or stargazing, this location can't be beat. Within a 5-20 minute drive from the house:

****Additional Details****
4TH BEDROOM: This room uses a mini-split for heating and cooling and is not connected to the main HVAC system. It is operated via a remote in the bedroom, giving you independent control.
WILDLIFE: Our home is in the natural Sonoran desert; you may see local wildlife such as hummingbirds, quail, owls, hawks, coyotes, javelinas and even on occasion bobcats. We have the home serviced regularly for pests.
ACCESSIBILITY: There are multiple steps in the home and the backyard, and may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges.
POOL AND SPA: The pool and spa are fenced in for safety, however guests use at their own risk
NO GARAGE: There are 2 covered parking spaces as part of a carport. There is plenty of additional parking in the driveway.
SERVICE STAFF: We have the pool and spa serviced 2x per week, and trash service that takes the bins to the curb and back. Guests may see these attendees during their stay.
We also have cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and maintenance services but they are scheduled between guests unless something occurs at the last minute.
MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge. We can schedule a time at your convenience.
****House Rules****
We want you to have an amazing stay! However we do have some important house rules in place to respect our neighbors and future guests. Violations of any of these rules will result in a hefty additional fee, or forfeiture of the cost of your reservation.
MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps a total of 9 adults and children, plus one infant. This is the maximum sleeping capacity for the home.
NO PETS: We have a strict no pets policy.
NO SMOKING / VAPING: This is a strict no smoking/no vaping home.
OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m. If you’re in the yard after 10 pm that’s totally fine, just no music and keep voices down as to not disturb neighbors.
NO PARTIES, EVER: Parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation.
