Nice air conditioner, nice mattresses. Then it goes downhill. When we arrived and checked out the place, tgis is what we found or didn't find: upon entering the kitchen, there was still left over coffee and coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The countertops were not very clean, especially around the sink, as the entire surface had some very sticky residue on the entire surface. The garbage can lid in kitchen was covered with some crusty garbage residue. In the master bathroom there was black mold along the floor wall junction in the shower. One of the sinks was caved in-detached from the sink counter. No garbage can in there, just a lid to one. Absolutely no towel rack in either bathroom. The dispensers for soap/shampoo/conditioner were empty with the one in the master bath broken. The furniture in the living room, one couch, and two chairs are worn out and uncomfortable. The swimming pool and attached hot tub are absolutely filthy. Anything that ws floating on top is now at the bottom of the pool. Extensive algae growth throughout the entire pool. The bottom line is avoid this place. Too much money for a sub-par vacation home. The corporates I guess care more for flowery talk about a sub-par place, and maximizing profit, and spending as little as possible to make this place a nice place. This place has huge potential, but the management company must not give a rats ass.
