The Space:
This home maintains a desert aesthetic with a touch of sophistication. One bedroom with an additional sleeping area on the pull-out couch. Spacious bathroom with jetted tub and rain style shower head. Kitchen features a two-range glass cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, and dishwasher. Stocked with utensils, spices, pots, pans, and more. Do laundry on-site with included stacked washer-dryer units. Tall ceilings and arched windows with mountain-views gives a sense of calm and relaxation.
Guest Access:
Private casita all to yourself. Shared common area in main house with upper-deck balcony as well.
The Neighborhood:
Private mountain retreat that is removed from the hustle and bustle of Tucson, but easily accessible via Oracle road to some of the best food, and shopping Tucson has to offer. Semi-private hiking trail in the backyard.
Getting Around:
When you pull into N Marne Place, the Casita is at the very end up a long driveway. Please be mindful driving up as it is a one-way driveway. There is one parking spot available just in front of the Casita on the rocks (labeled Casita parking).Getting around is best by car, Uber or Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
Parking: There is room for a single vehicle. Please park in front of the sign labeled Casita.
Shared Property: The owner lives in the main part of the house. All access doors to private areas are securely locked, and we’ve taken steps to soundproof for your comfort.
Laundry facility:
The in-unit washer and dryer are currently out of order. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use in the common area laundry room, located in the center of the property (the room right in the middle). The door is unlocked and accessible at any time.
Commons Room:
Guests are welcome to use the shared commons room for meetings, additional seating, or quiet relaxation. Please note:
This space is guest-managed and cleaned once a week.
Other guests or the owner may also be using the space at any time.
Additional Note:
Please note that the commons room is currently not cleaned or maintained by our team and is unavailable for leisure use. However, guests are welcome to access it for the washer and dryer.
