Cute and close to fun!

Stayed here for U of A graduation—functional kitchen with basic supplies, comfy couch, nice firm beds and roomy bathroom. House shows some age but was fine for our needs and most importantly, it's in walking distance of O'Malleys! The street can be a little noisy with people walking by but didn't bother us. Parking for 1 vehicle. Overall great place for the price. AC was having problems initially and I was very pleased with how responsive the owner was. The issue was remedied the following day. Would stay again.

Quiet and clean

This was my first experience with memory foam matresses and they were comfortable. Parking was off the road. Only noise was a Saturday afternoon game at the high-school. It is an older house, but very nice and clean.

MLK weekend stay

We stayed here for an event that was held at the convention center. The location was convenient and easy to access. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

“OMG! This is soooo cute!” - GF

Title says it all, it’s a cute little spot in a very great location. It’s walking distance to 4th Ave/Congress, which you can hope on the SunLink and explore even further! Property Manager was very communicative and even granted us a late checkout. Highly recommended!
