Situated like townhomes great for 2 groups traveling that want to be close. Located in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk from the University of Arizona's football stadium, this home offers convenience and comfort. The duplex features a sleek and modern design with all the amenities you need. Relax in the spacious living room after a long day or whip up a delicious meal in the updated kitchen. With private parking included, you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot.

This 4 bedroom duplex is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Located in a quiet and peaceful community, you will have access to all the necessary amenities inside and out of the home and conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The duplex features a walk-in showers and a spacious and bright living area. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the front patio taking in the people watching and downtown lifestyle. The entire unit has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated with modern and elegant furnishings to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. From the moment you step in, you will feel at home and ready to relax and unwind in this tranquil setting.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

You will be staying in the University of Arizona Campus area which is known as the historical Sam Hughes. There is tons of nightlife, games to attend and more! Check out all that Tucson has to offer in this convenient home away from home.

If you are staying close you can utilize walking as your main transit, but Tucson is very spread out and for most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
Leave beds unmade and place towels on the floor in the bathroom.

AC should be set no lower than 70 degrees at any time.

Leave all furniture in place, do not move or rearrange.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails.

Please place ALL trash in garbage bins.

Driveway parking available for both. 1 car limit. Be aware of no parking zones near campus.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am. No parties allowed, or a minimum $1,000 fine will be incurred.

Air conditioning should be turned to 80 degrees checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 55 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Do not flush personal hygiene products or paper towels.

Please leave washing machine door open after use to avoid condensation in between stay's.

Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine.

No pets allowed.

No Smoking on premises.

Wildlife may be pretty, but please do not touch, not always friendly.

Really good stay. Place had great space. Worked well for our U of A visit. This neighborhood as many in Tucson doesn’t have much curb appeal, but we were more concerned with the inside… and it was great.
