“No pude hospedarme porque saque una reserva después de medianoche y tenía que esperar al mediodía para ingresar asi que me retire sin que me dieran solución alguna y la pagina no me dejo cancelar esa reserva y perdí ese dinero, gracias a la pagina por el mal servicio”

“This hotel should not be rated as 4 stars. The guy who welcomed us in the lobby the first day obviously did not want to be there, I asked where to park our car and he said: “last name?”, I said, we have a reservation but want to make sure the car can be safely parked before we check in, he said again: “last name”. So, I gave him my last name, he put a paper in front of me and asked me to fill it, I offered ID and Credit Card, and he declined! This is the first time I check-in in a hotel that did……

“Quarto bom tamanho, cama pequena. Colocaram em um quarto com banheiro sem box, alagava o banheiro e tinha um rodo pra puxar agua. Toda vez que precisei usar o banheiro, precisei pisar no molhado. Ar condicionado quente muito bom. Sem serviço de jantar no hotel. Quiseram cobrar pra usar talheres e prato. ”
