If you are looking for the perfect location and affordable hotel in Tucumán, this is the place. The building has some decades and you can tell it need some maintenance and improvement, The staff is fantastic, specially Don Julio, always trying to help. Great breakfast, no eggs or bacon for the American folks, but pretty good overall.

Decent for the money, but check out early!

The hotel is an older hotel that is still in reasonable condition. For the money, it is an OK deal. If you want ultra luxury, of course he will pay for more than this hotel. The check-in staff, Edward, and Enzo were terrific and took care of us very well. Breakfast is the usual hotel stuff. The really bad thing was check out. It was horrendous. We waited over half an hour to pay our bill. And then, although we were obviously foreigners, the lady tried to charge us the Argentinian hotel tax that is charged only for locals. It took quite a while to straighten that out as well. we were not impressed.

Lugar aceptable para viajeros de paso. La plataforma anuncia un monto de dinero por la estadía y el hotel te cobra otra. Anuncian Iva por ser extranjero cuando no lo soy. Y al final te cobran lo que quieren sin mucha explicación de diferencias entre lo que dice la plataforma y lo que desea el hotel. No había cochera disponible.

Me cobraron el impuesto al dólar país aunque vivo en buenos aires. Fue un desastre pagué el doble del precio publicado por la app. Se promociona en pesos... te cobran en dólares y encima te cobran como si hicieras una transacción en el exterior. Una falta a toda ética comercial.

Hotel no está mal, pero no pasé una buena noche

El equipo de aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un ruido terrible. Al apagarlo, se empezó a sentir un golpe como de martilleo, regular. Era tarde y mi compañero ya dormía, por lo que no avisé a recepción. A la mañana me dijeron que sí, que ya sabían que un aire acondicionado de una habitación de un piso de arriba, chorreaba agua que golpeba en el aire de nuestra habitación. Lo sabían, no lo habían resuelto, y me dieron esa habitación de cualquier manera. No fue una noche de buen descanso, la verdad.
