The apartment is delivered clean and equipped for short or long stays. Breakfast and daily cleaning are not included. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is self-managed, but we’re available for any questions.

You’ll be in Yerba Buena, one of the safest and quietest areas of Greater San Miguel de Tucumán. The apartment is comfortable, fresh, and functional—ideal for relaxing after a day of work, errands, or sightseeing. Restful sleep, and easy access make this a great choice.

The apartment is part of a family house, but it has a separate entrance and exclusive use of all spaces: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and patio with barbecue. No areas are shared with other guests. It’s a private unit within a residential setting.

We live on the same property, but in a separate unit, so your privacy is respected. We're available for any questions or needs, either in person or via WhatsApp. Check-in is self-managed, but someone will always be nearby if you need assistance.

The area can be explored by private vehicle, taxi, Uber, etc. It is also very safe to walk. Public transportation is available on Perón and Aconquija Avenues.
