So much character. Loved the place. The hosts were fantastic, very friendly and they made sure we knew everything we needed to know. Place was very clean and very well stocked. In the middle of old town so everything you need is at your door. Because it is in the old town, the building dates way back so some of the floor boards creak but that adds to the character however the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated to modern standards. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend the place.

Mittelalter und Moderne

Mittelalter-Flair im Haus mit zeitgemäßer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die sogar im Schrank vergessene Klamotten schnell nachsendeten. Einfach sehr empfehlenswert und eine wunderbare Urlaubserinnerung. Dafür herzlichen Dank aus Dresden!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ruhig. Von dort aus konnten wir Tübingen zu Fuss erkunden; auch war der Bahnhof nicht weit, dass wir ohne Probleme das Umland anschauen konnten.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was wir brauchten.Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation klasseWir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Schön restauriertes altes Haus in zentraler, ruhiger Lage.

Äußerst freundlicher Empfang durch sympathische, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. In der Wohnung fehlte es an Nichts. Ruhige Nächte in bequemen, Rücken freundlichen Betten. Die Superlage ermöglichte es uns, alle unsere Ziele fußläufig zu erreichen. Bei einem nächsten Mal bleiben wir länger.

Schöner geht es nicht

Wir waren überwältigt - von der Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber, der Lage mitten in der Stadt und dennoch ruhig, der Einrichtung, den vielen vielen liebevoll und sorgfältig gestalteten Details.Es fehlte an absolut gar nichts. Schöne Raumaufteilung, geniale Küchengestaltung, sehr gute Betten, ein bequemes Sofa, Schränke mit Kleiderbügeln, ein Sekretär mit kleinen Schubladen: Nähzeug, Notizzettel mit Stift, kleinen Büchern über Tübingen bis hin zu Teelichtern samt Feuerzeug für die hübsche Kerzenblume im Wohnzimmer.Töpfe, Pfannen, Korkenzieher, sogar eine Taschenlampe - du suchst es, du findest es.Vorhänge und Rollos, Bücher über Kunst und das Leben, interessante Bilder an den Wänden, ein schöner farbiger Teppich.Und für jeden Sonderwunsch sofort ein Ansprechpartner, persönlich oder per Telefon, das Paar lebt im Haus. An den heißen Tagen luftiges Sitzen unterm duftenden Feigenbaum draußen vor dem Haus, die "Brot von gestern" Bäckerei direkt gegenüber, Blick auf die Kirche, Bänke zum Verweilen auf dem Kirchplatz.Wir können diese Bleibe nur von Herzen empfehlen.

Die beste FeWo die wir jeh hatten

Wir waren hier fuer 7 Tage Anfang November 2024. Wir mieten oft Ferienwohnungen auf unseren Reisen, und wir koennen ohne Probleme sagen, dass diese Ferienwohnung einer unserer Besten war. Sie was einzigartig, sehr gut ausgestattet, bequem, extrem zentral gelegen (zig Restaurants, Bars, Baeckereien, Metzgereien, Lebensmittellaeden, und diverse Shops koennen innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht werden), und ruhig. Check-in war problemlos, und Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin ist effizient und ohne Probleme. Mit der Parkkarte kann man ohne Probleme in dem naheliegenden Parkhaus parken (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt), was tip-top ist, da es wenige Parkmoeglichkeiten in der Innenstadt gibt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und koennen diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen!

Schöne Altstadtwohnung mit antikem Charme

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der Altstadt. Mit der Parkkarte gibt es auch keine Parkplatzprobleme. Die Kirche nebenan stört nicht, die Glocken sind kaum zu hören. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und erlaubt eigentlich nur den Aufenthalt im Bett mit Ausstiegsmöglichkeit nur auf einer Seite.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der modern ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ca. 700 Jahre alt was man an der Raumaufteilung merkt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Lage ist top, direkt in der Altstadt aber sehr ruhig. Das Auto hatten wir kostenlos in 2 Gehminuten entfernten Parkhaus stehen. Wir haben es nicht gebraucht, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ideale Lage

Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden und glücklich mit der Wohnung in toller Lage und einer äußerst geschmackvollen Einrichtung in einem alten Fachwerkhaus. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Besonders möchten wir uns aber bedanken für die perfekte Kommunikation mit Familie Wagner. Fragen im Vorfeld und vor Ort wurden immer sofort und ausführlich beantwortet. Besser haben wir es noch nicht erlebt - und es geht wohl auch nicht.

Traum Wochenende In Tübingen

Meine beiden Freundinnen und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei der Familie Wagner. Welcher Gast erhält schon reife Feigen, die auf dem Baum vor der Eingangs-tür wachsen? Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem renovierten Haus aus dem Mittelalter! Absolute Ruhe auf der vorbei führenden Straße. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Viel Kultur und sehr freundliche Stadtbewohner! In meinem nächsten Leben !!! werde ich in Tübingen studieren! Mit Herzlichem Gruß

Sehr Schön! (Very Beautiful!)

The apartment is a perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to explore the old town, walk to the university (through the beautiful botanical garden), or just relax in a comfortable retreat! Margarita is a very welcoming and helpful host, and the apartment is spotless and well-equipped with everything you'll need. It provides the best of both worlds: the fascinating experience of staying in a medieval structure (14th-century house!) with all the conveniences of the 21st century. The grocery store, open vegetable and fruit markets, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are all nearby, as are all sorts of shops. St. John the Evangelist Catholic church is right across the street. It's an easy walk to the schloss as well. We highly recommend the lovely experience of staying here for a full seven nights. Danke für alles, Margarita!

Ein märchenhafter Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit Blick auf die katholische Kathedrale. Die Besitzerin der Wohnung, Margarita, ist immer erreichbar. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche Person. Es gibt zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, die alles haben, was man braucht: die Schränke sind groß, die Betten sind bequem, es gibt genügend Steckdosen und sogar einen Safe. Wir waren eine Woche lang sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, dem Besitzer und Tübingen.
