Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! "Everything was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen had great cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a couple quick walks to campus. It was conveniently close, and even though it was always below freezing, still a beautiful campus and very enjoyable and nice to get a walk in."
