Perfect relaxing week in the sun!

The apartment was perfect for the quiet time away we were looking for. Well equipped, loads of space, fantastic sea view and sunset from the terrace. Great stay

Lovely spacious apartment which was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for a 5 week stay. 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre of Gran Tarajal. Good selection of restaurants along the seafront. Locals very friendly and helpful with most speaking English. The host (Leslie) was there to welcome us when we arrived despite it being quite late at night which was welcome and unexpected . Highly recommended Stephen and Dee

Excellent location and apartment stay over Christmas 2021

We have enjoyed staying Ginginamar Gran Tarajal for several years and two years ago located these apartments. Decided to book apartment for two weeks over Christmas 2021. Parking and Checkin straightforward with good instructions from owner. Amazed at size and quality when we checked in. Large rooms and large terrace well furnished overlooking sea with sun all day. Excellent Christmas relaxing and strolling into Gran Tarajal.

Lovely apartment

Had a lovely stay, everything was as described. We had a swim must days and the pool was great. A lovely town a some good restaurants for dinner. We shall visit here again!

Une bonne location dommage que la piscine soit pas chauffée, et le barbecue est en triste état sinon pour le reste tous correspondent au photos de plus bonne communication avec le propriétaire je recommanderais donc cette location

Corona-bedingt hatte das gebuchte Hotel auf Fuerteventura noch geschlossen. Daher mussten wir uns rasch umentscheiden. Wir kennen Fuerteventura seit 15 Jahren - insofern wussten wir, was uns grundsätzlich erwartet ;-) Wir haben uns in der von Leslie vermieteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt - sie war perfekt für uns. Die Kommunikation mit Leslie war prima, so dass zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs alles geklärt war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Wohnung gehen.

Home From Home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Very spacious and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The sun terrace and the views from it are amazing and we got sun usually about 7 hours a day and were sheltered from the wind. This fishing village is very refreshing as it's unspoilt by commercialism and prices are very reasonable for your self catering needs. Would definitely return in the near future. The communication from Leslie and Tracey was very informative and the apartment is a credit to them.

Great stay

Our family of four (children aged 13 & 10) spent a week at this beautiful apartment in Gran Tarajal over New Year. The apartment itself was very spacious, very clean and well furnished, with plenty of room for the four of us. The crowning glory however is the wonderful huge terrace with amazing views of the sea and sunsets. The terrace is well equipped with a dining table, sun loungers and BBQ. The apartment complex itself was immaculate and has a good size pool, and the neighbours we met were very friendly. The parking space for the apartment is so conveniently located, literally within a few steps, which means no lugging cases/shopping up and down stairs. The centre of Gran Tarajal is within walking distance from the complex however we did find the use of a hire car beneficial to explore the island. There are a number of restaurants in town however this is more of a Spanish working town than a resort, which we knew already and enjoyed that aspect of it. We mainly used Eurospar supermarket which has a fantastic range of fresh fish and meat - we BBQ’d nearly every day. We had a great time staying at Leslie and Tracy’s apartment, thank you so much! We would have no hesitation recommending it if you are after a relaxing holiday away from the typical resorts! Liza & family

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wishes to be away from the main resorts. It is an excellent property and ideal location for visiting the island. We would certainly stay at this location again as we very much enjoyed our relaxing holiday.

Family holiday

Great apartment for a family stay or for a couple. There’s a good sized master bedroom with a super king sized bed, a double and single bedroom with space for a cot. Good wardrobe space. Great balcony with sun loungers, awning and umbrella. The inside living area was lovely and cool in the heat of the day. The apartment is situated in a small complex, 20 minutes walk, via the port, to the local town for shopping and the black sandy beach. Fabulous gated community pool with a separate gated children’s pool, spotlessly clean with excellent sun beds and umbrellas. There is a dedicated garage space in the complex, which we found a little tricky to get into in the beginning, better for a smaller car. Sea views from the balcony and the sunsets at the end of the day are stunning. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in der wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Da wir fast täglich am Strand waren, war für uns die vorhandene Waschmaschine ein absolutes Plus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Terrasse mit Meerblick ein absoluter Traum. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht, dass es einem gut geht und jederzeit zu erreichen. Vielen Dank Leslie und Tracey für die schöne Zeit!

Spectacular views from this lovely apartment

We enjoyed a lovely holiday at this spacious apartment. Well equipped, comfortable and convenient to both the harbour and main town. The pool was great, spotless and well maintained with plenty of loungers etc for all wanting to use them. While the town is not a busy resort, it suited us well having kept its Spanish feel. Thank you to Leslie and Tracey who were very helpful with all our queries.

Schmutzige Wohnung in toller Lage

Nach den ausschließlich guten Bewertungen waren wir mehr als enttäuscht über die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Als erstes mussten wir staubsaugen, überall lagen noch lange weiße Haare, Staub und Flusen rum. Auf dem Tisch waren noch Krümel und die Tischsets waren fleckig. Die Terrasse und Terrassenmöbel waren staubig und schmutzig, die Sonnenliegen waren soo schmutzig, das sie kaum nutzbar waren. Der Grill war völlig verdreckt, somit nicht nutzbar und der Backofen war auch nicht sauber. Die Terrassenfront aus Glas und das Geländer ebenfalls schmutzig....ect... Wir kauften Putzzeug und haben den ersten Tag mit sauber machen verbracht :(. Die Badewanne hatte abgeplatzte und rostige Stellen, die Duschknöpfe fallen ab, duschen war jedoch möglich. Die Anlage selbst und die Pools sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es war wenig los und wir hatten den Pool oft allein für uns. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge, nichts ist viel weiter als 1 Std. entfernt. Die Ruhe, die Lage sowie der Ort selbst und dessen Strand und Meer hat uns begeistert. Wir kommen bestimmt zurück. Es gibt viele Wohnungen im Vistamar Komplex die vermietet werden, alle wesentlich gepflegter und sauberer als diese ( wir hatten Pech). Die Vermieter zeigten sich wenig kulant, die Putzgebühr wurden auf Anfrage nicht zurückerstattet obwohl wir selbst putzen mussten. Allerdings wurde angeboten die Reinigungfkraft vorbei zu schicken, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen...darauf haben wir verzichtet, da wir schon selbst geputzt hatten.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir waren im August mit unseren beiden Kindern in Gran Tarajal. Die Wohnung von Leslie und Tracey ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und sehr groß! Bei diesem traumhaften Wetter haben wir uns aber vom Frühstück bis zum schlafen gehen auf der schön und bequem möblierten Terrasse aufgehalten. An dem Blick über Strand und Meer kann man sich nicht satt sehen! Es ist alles da, was man braucht, so wie beschrieben! Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch der Poolbereich, so dass wir uns rundrum wohl gefühlt haben. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und hatten die ganze Zeit ein Auto gemietet, was wirklich Sinn macht. Nach 2-3 Tagen hat sich mein Mann auch ans einparken in der Garage gewöhnt! ;-) Der Stellplatz nur wenige Schritte vor der Eingangstür zur Wohnung ist optimal! Der Oasis-Park war - trotz teurer Eintrittspreise - sehr schön und der schönste Strand unserer Meinung nach ist in Morro Jable! Alles in allem gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen! Liebe Grüße an Leslie und Tracey und vielen Dank! Noch ein kleiner Aufruf an alle Katzenfreunde: vor der Anlage an der Straße leben einige Katzen hinter den Mülltonnen! Wir haben sie gefüttert und manchmal war ein ganzes Dutzend da!
